Obituary

Charles Thomas Clow

Charles Thomas Clow, “Big Tom”, of Millsboro, DE and previously of Millersville, MD passed away on December 26, 2018 at age 76. He was born in Annapolis, MD on January 16, 1942 and was a graduate of Arundel High School in Gambrills. Charles served in the United States Army from 1964-1966, fighting in the Vietnam War. While in the service he received a Vietnam Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantry Badge and Expert (Rifle M-14) Marksmanship badge. Charles worked in printing at Fort Meade, Maryland until his retirement. After retiring to Delaware, he opened a video store and also worked at a local liquor store. Charles enjoyed dancing and was a professional duckpin bowler. He also liked playing tennis, horseshoes and corn hole.

Charles is survived by his brother Louis (Harry) Clow and wife Margurite (Retsy) Clow of Rhodesdale, MD; sister Barbara (Bobbie Lee) Sullivan and husband Stewart (Butch) Sullivan of Millersville, MD; sister Mary (Aggie) Reninger and husband Howard Reninger of Pasadena, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday January 3, 2019 from 10am-12noon, with a Funeral Service beginning at 12noon at the Hardesty Funeral Home, P.A., 851 Annapolis Rd., Gambrills, MD 21054. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie, MD.
