Obituary

Bradford “Brad” Lawrence Ingwell, 36, passed away December 30, 2017 with his wife by his side. Brad was born January 8, 1981 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Charlene Mary (Ingwell) Spolan and Lawrence Allan Ingwell.

Throughout his life, Brad was a talented athlete and gifted musician. He was an accomplished composer and performer from an early age on both piano and drums. While a student at Florida Atlantic University, he excelled as a pitcher on the baseball team while obtaining dual Bachelor’s Degrees. Professionally, he was well-respected in the hospitality industry as the operating partner of a restaurant group in Washington, DC.

Brad was many great things, and he leaves behind family, friends, coworkers, and acquaintances who will remember his quick wit and unwavering loyalty. His sense of humor and ability to cultivate a community shone through in every aspect of his life, and he will be missed by all. Brad did not lose his fight with cancer. He beat cancer through how he lived, why he lived, and in the manner in which he lived.

Brad is survived by his wife, Lauren Elizabeth (Hamilton) Ingwell of Annapolis, MD; his mother, Charlene, and Scott Spolan of Coconut Creek, FL; his father, Lawrence, and Patricia Ingwell of Stuart, FL; his sister Bridget Marie Ingwell; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at the Hardesty Funeral Home, at 12 Ridgely Ave in Annapolis, MD on Saturday January 13th at 1:00 pm.
Immediately following the services, a Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at Fado Irish Pub, at 1 Park Pl #7, Annapolis, MD 21401
