Obituary

Hugh MacMillan "Mac" Yeatts, 85, of Crownsville, died of cancer Dec. 10 at his home after a three-month illness.

Born Aug. 6, 1918, in Halifax County, Va., Mr. Yeatts was a minister and former circuit overseer for the Jehovah's Witnesses.

His hobbies were gardening, chopping firewood and relaxing by the fire.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Yeatts; one son, Joel F. Yeatts of Glen Burnie; two brothers, Hilary Yeatts of Boydton, Va., and Andrew Yeatts of Portsmouth, Va.; one sister, Judith Leibensperger of Indianapolis, Ind.; and one granddaughter.

A memorial service will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday the Assembly Hall of the Jehovah's Witness in Annapolis, MD.
