Obituary

Deborah "Debbie" E. Baldwin, 40, a 13 year resident of Gambrills and formerly of Mich., died June 24. She was born Feb. 20, 1970 in Detroit, Mich, to Edward W. Schultz of Sterling Heights, Mich. and the late Audrey L. Schultz.

She received a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University, Rochester, Mich. in 1992. She married her husband Robert C. Baldwin, Jr. on April 4, 1997. She received a post graduate certification in perfusion and attended the 1998 Transplant Games in Sydney Australia. She was the Chief Perfusionist at the Veteran's Hospital in Washington, DC since 2005.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Glen Burnie, and the American Society of Extracorporeal Technology.

She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Kathleen Ann Schultz and Alice Schultz.

Survivors include her husband, Robert C. Baldwin, Jr; her father Edward W. Schultz of Sterling Heights, Mich.and her brother, Keith Schultz of Milford, Mich.

Visitation is from from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sat. June 26 at the Hardesty Funeral Home, P.A. 851 Annapolis Road Gambrills, and from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church 308 Oak Manor Drive Glen Burnie. Funeral is at 6 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 308 Oak Manor Drive, Glen Burnie. Interment is at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 1 at the Glen Eden Cemetery in Livonia, Mich.
